We really love this pen, our company name came out great, It was SO easy to make on the Amsterdam site! I just wish it wrote a little smoother (hence the 4 stars) but all in all a great pen and great service thank you!

I would buy from Amsterdam again! It was hassle-free and the product was as expected.

I will probably order more later. They arrived ahead of schedule and I received all that I ordered, plus a few extra. After having a bad experience with another vendor. It is great to get what you order and ahead of schedule.

I thought going with a more well known brand of pen would mean better quality but unfortunately I was wrong. They were a great price and even though they shipped almost a week after they were supposed to I loved the look and and the feel of the pen. However, I learned quickly that these pens are not the good quality I would expect from a well known brand name. The ends of the pens are getting clumpy and leaking ink on everything and everyone. I would not recommend this pen to anyone in the future,

I placed my companies order on September 13, 2017, so there would be plenty of time to receive our items by our event on October 7, 2017, as there are 1000 people registered for the event. Originally, the website stated our order would be shipped on September 24, 2017, but when there was no tracking number available on September 24, 2017, I called customer service. The representative was very nice, said she would look into the it, and get back to me ASAP. She did just that...she called back within an hour. She said she didn't know why the items had not been shipped but they would go out the next day, which would have been Friday, Sept 29, 2017, and should arrive before Thursday of the next week. Well, its Thursday of the next week and I checked our account to find that the items were shipped on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2017, and will be delivered by end of day on Monday, October 9th, days AFTER our event!!! I am extremely disappointed and our company has wasted close to $500.00!

Pens were inexpensive, so didn't expect much. I was surprised how good of a pen it is. Very durable and writes smooth
