Not what we expected

The product looked great and was just the right size. However, a larger imprint would have been much better. Also, the product was not what we expected: the product description was not clear and we expected a stainless liner rather than plastic. Your service was great!

Thank you. The service you provided and the product you offered we're more than satisfactory. However, I was disappointed with the logo. I think compared to the surface area of the cup the logo and writing could have been a little larger. It seemed to have gotten lost.

I was disappointed with the size of the logo. Is it possible to make the writing and logo larger? It's kind of small in comparison to the surface area of the cup. A larger logo would make the product more attractive.

We Value Your Feedback — The imprint area is 2 1/2"w x 1 1/2"h for each side for this item. Many times if there is alot of detail in a customer's logo, it may be better to select the wrap imprinting option which is 8 1/2"w x 1 1/2"h. We hope you find this information useful.
