Messed up the order and over charged then initial payment

Order the bottles on 3/6 with their online selection process and got email from the CS asking I’m missing Pantone code for the order. Gave the code and was told I will receive a proof with 24 hrs but never received it. Check back few days ago and was told order is being processed and will be shipped on 3/14. Inquired on 3/14 about the order stair and told again it will be shipped on 3/16. Received the bottles but the imprint size was smaller than what I had selected and at the bottom instead of in center. Then I got charged additional amount as a final cost then initial amount when placed the order
